Billing:

How much does urgent care cost? Expand

If you have current insurance, you will be expected to pay for your urgent care co-payment at the time of the service. For patients without insurance, the urgent care center at DuPage Immediate Care offers significant savings over a typical visit to the local hospital emergency room.

Unfortunately, we can’t bill patients their visit balance nor do a payment plan. Payment is expected at the time of the visit. Most credit cards are accepted.

If you have a question about the cost of a visit, simply ask at the time of check-in or give us a call.

Do you bill the emergency room co-pay? Expand

No, we don't bill the emergency room co-payment. Our costs are close to the line of the primary care physician’s visit.

Do you accept my insurance plan? Expand

Most insurance plans are accepted. If you have a question about a particular insurance plan and if it is accepted simply ask at the time of check-in or give us a call.

Do you see patients without insurance? Expand

You don’t have to have insurance to be seen by one of our doctors. Please be prepared to pay for your visit at the time of service.

Can I still come in if I can’t find my insurance card? Expand

Of course! The important thing is that you get the medical care you need. If you have your member number, the name of your insurance company, and a photo I.D. you’re good to go!
